6. Dumpster Use and Restrictions

Prohibited Items  

You may NOT dispose of:  

• Hazardous waste (paint, oil, chemicals, asbestos, etc.)  
• Electronics, batteries, or fluorescent bulbs  
• Propane tanks, fuel containers, or pressurized cylinders  
• Tires or medical waste  

Improper use m ay result in additional disposal fees or legal penalties.

7. Property and Placement

Our team recommends placing plywood or boards under the dumpster wheels when positioned on concrete or pavers.  

8. Permits and Local Compliance  

If a dumpster will be placed on public property, the customer is responsible for obtaining the required Right -of-Way Permit from the City of Springfield or the relevant municipality.  

Load Hawk can assist with permit guidance, but ultimate responsibility rests with the customer.  

9. Cancellations and Refunds  

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund.  

Same -day cancellations or missed deliveries may incur a service fee to cover operational costs.  Refunds are processed within 3 –5 business days after cancellation confirmation.
