A locally owned roll-off company working out of a Springfield yard, built to make waste removal fast, affordable and hassle-free: on-time deliveries, flat prices and somebody who answers the phone.

Load Hawk began with a simple goal: make waste removal in Springfield fast, affordable and hassle-free. The founders saw the same problem many homeowners and contractors still run into — national dumpster chains charging inflated prices, missing deliveries and offering no personal touch — and built something different around honest pricing and fast delivery.
Today we serve homeowners, contractors, property managers and businesses across Springfield and fourteen nearby towns, from Bolivar in the north to Sparta in the southeast. The mission has not changed: help Springfield and the towns around it stay organized, clean and safe, one container at a time.
By the numbers
You call. We ask what you are clearing, where it will sit and roughly how much there is. We quote one flat number that covers delivery, the rental, pickup and disposal to a stated weight, and we tell you honestly whether it is same-day or next-day for your address. The driver sets the container where you asked, with boards under it if you want them. You load it level with the top edge. You call or text when it is full, and we haul it.
The things that make that work are boring and deliberate: dispatch that knows where every truck is, containers cleaned and inspected before they go out, and a rule that we say the hard thing on the phone — a street placement, a weight problem, a concrete load that will blow the allowance, a town that licenses its haulers — rather than on your driveway.
A national dumpster brand's phone rings somewhere else. Ours rings in Springfield, and the person answering knows the roads. That matters here: fifteen towns across four counties, each with its own rule about who may haul and where a container can sit, and trash programs that each refuse something different. Knowing them is the difference between a smooth delivery and a box that cannot go where you wanted it.
We also know the driveways. Which drives in town have room for a 20, which subdivisions have rules worth checking first, which job sites need a look before the truck goes in.
What we stand on
No call center, no middlemen. The phone at the Springfield yard gets picked up by somebody who can book, size and schedule the job in one call.
Boards under the dumpster on request. If a site needs a different approach, the driver tells you before delivery, not after.
If a 10 yard loaded level is the right box for your rubble, that is what we quote — not the 20 because it costs more.
We work with local recycling and disposal facilities to keep what we can out of the landfill — clean green waste, metal, cardboard, concrete and asphalt whenever a facility takes them — and never bury a banned item in a mixed load.

Service area
We run roll-off containers out of the Glenstone Avenue yard to every town below. Springfield and the closest towns are often same-day; the edges of the area are more often next-day. Most of the towns we checked license or permit the haulers that work inside their limits, and a few keep containers off the street — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
