Supporting local cleanups
From Springfield, Nixa and Ozark to Republic, Willard and the smaller towns across the area, we look for ways to help the people and groups that keep our towns going. When a neighborhood association, a school, a sports club or a volunteer crew runs a cleanup day, the hard part is always the pile at the end. An affordable roll-off dumpster is often exactly what they need, and we are glad to help.
One honest tip: some towns run their own cleanups — Bolivar holds an annual Citywide Cleanup each spring, and Sparta has run a Citywide Clean Up too. Check yours first. If it does not fit your project, call us.
Working with local groups
Schools, churches, youth sports, nonprofits and neighborhood associations — if your group is planning a project or an event and needs a container, call (417) 720-8150 or email info@dumpstersrentalspringfield.com and tell us what you are doing. We help with debris for events, renovations and community improvement projects, and when storms hit, we help families and neighborhoods clear debris quickly and affordably.
We also hire local people who know the area. A local company should mean local jobs.
Responsible disposal
Keeping the area clean also means sending what we haul to the right place. We work with local recycling and disposal facilities to divert reusable materials, metal and clean fill away from the landfill whenever possible. Clean green waste goes to composting, because Missouri has banned yard waste from landfills since 1992. Major appliances, tires, car batteries and used oil stay out of the box, and paint, solvents and chemicals go to the City's Household Chemical Collection Center, not the container.
